Bike Bandit Rep please contact me! Leaving review here seems to be the only way to get a response? Placed order 15 days ago, my card was charged, no update, phone just gets busy tone, no email response, and the live chat feature seems to be not working. I have ordered other parts from 4 different suppliers one even international and they all came in and with excellent communication. Contact me so we can resolve my order and I can get my bike back on the road please!
I would like to hear from Jerome from BikeBandit, I recently made an order June 11 with expedited shipping, but I need to cancel that order. I have called at least 5 times a day (20 minute hold, no answer), emailed several time, and even emailed the "cancel order" email dropbox. The cancel order box kicked back and said it was not taking emails at this time. I just want to cancel the order and get my refund back before it is marked as "shipped" to save everybody time and money.
UPDATE: part was sent out over a month and a half after delivery; but I had already bought the part elsewhere. NOW, I have no access to the return form that their "website" talks about using to return an item. My "order number" doesn't exist anymore either. This is the worst website I have ever used and the customer service is $#*!. I'm down $120 and stuck with a part I don't need anymore. Thanks bike bandit. Absolutely worthless.

I placed my order on May 7,2021, I received a message in the mail that the parts were out of stock and that they would have to wait from the warehouse. I decided not to wait. Called on May 10th and canceled the order. The operator said that you need to wait for a refund within 5-7 working days, but the money has not yet been returned!
I wrote to the mail, live chat, instagram, but no one gets in touch! Judging by the reviews for these guys, this is in the order of things.

When will the refund be issued?
Scam. Ordered parts & recieved email a few days later stating parts were discontinued & i would receive a refund. Read reviews here & had a feeling what was going to happen. Emailed bike bandit & was assured i would have refund in 7-10 days. Here we are business day 12 with no refund. Absolute rip off. Do not attempt to buy here. Even if they can get parts, it seems it takes months to receive.
I ordered a few parts almost 6 months ago. I keep getting out of stock email updates. Bikebandit.com's phone system loops in voicemail then hangs up. None of the voicemail options work. No response by email. Bikebandit appears to be an intentional scam because they continue to accept new orders without the apparent ability to fulfill the orders.
Based on the conduct, I believe multiple felony cases can be charged here in Texas and am currently drafting charges to be submitted to our county grand jury so that the responsible party can be formally charged and extradited to Texas to face justice for these crimes. I placed an order Oct 21, still no parts received. Over $400 worth of parts were immediately charged to my CC. I contacted customer service yesterday (11 Nov) through live chat. The person, I believe it was Rhea or something close beginning with R, was very rude, when all I was asking for was a estimated delivery timeline. Hopefully I get my parts and this site is not a scam. I understand the parts may take two to three weeks two or three weeks, it's the rudeness of customer service that I don't like. In the future, I will not purchase even a valve stem from Bike Bandit.
More than three weeks and getting the run a round from Bike Bandit. They have my money and won't send me my tires that say they ship in one day!!! Don't shop here!!
I ordered a rear tire for my motorcycle. After ordering and fully paying for the tire, they send me an email telling me it's on back order and that I can cancel my order if I choose to. But, there is not a way to cancel on their website. So, you have to call. They tell me that they have to route the cancellation and refund through the tire manufacturer. What?!?!?! So, over a week later, no confirmation emai, no refund, just nothing. Really bad service.
I ordered parts for my Suzuki Vinson in May, 4 months later still no parts. I called multiple times and they would tell me parts are in and will be shipped right away, after many phone calls I finally received an email with a tracking # I tried to track the package but the tracking # was no good. I called bike bandit and they told me UPS lost my package and they would need to reorder my parts. I am 100% convinced they deliberately gave me a bogus tracking # with no intentions of shipping my parts. I should have read the reviews before using them! They are hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie to there customers, save yourself the trouble and buy your parts from anyone but Bike Bandit.
I waited 2 weeks for my clutch cable to ship and after it finally did the tracking info wasn't working. After 3 days I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes. They picked up and I told them what was happening and the guy just hung up on me.
Couldn't be happier. Ordered tires on a Sunday, got the front set that Tuesday, and the back on that Wednesday. They were different sizes, coming from different places, and they still got to me within days. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
Placed my order the first week of August. Received about half of the items. The remaining (including a rear tire Bridgstone s11) has not arrived yet - this week will make it one month! Called Friday to cancel my order, a guy named Tony (I think) said they had the tire and one other item and were waiting for the third item (rim strips). He agreed to ship what they had right away. It is now Tuesday, the only email I got was the usual, "shipment delayed" notice (4th one of those). I'd call again to cancel - but doubt I'd get a refund. I belong to 7 FB motorcycle groups - They are all going to be told don't buy from Bikebandit!

Terrible on hold for an hour no one answers, the recording says to go online and when you do they never get back to you, they claim for 4.7 on line satisfaction but when you research them it is 1.7

Ridiculously unsuccessful via email, live chat nor their preference of telephone. See how BBB complaint goes, that seems to be the best way to get a response from what I've gathered.

Revzilla is more expensive but better service. Bikebandit has the cheapest parts.

No, sadly I can not. There may be a success story out there for this company, but not in my experience. It is my experience that this company is completely unreliable and they have no accountability. I truly believe you have a better chance of winning the lottery than you do for recieving your order
